The workshop " Focus creates presence!?" is offered to professionals and amateurs who are working in theatre, film as well as schools and in business.

Leader of the workshop: Rune Temte.

Goals: To bring a work group closer and to trust each other and themselves more. To suggest exercises for creating a greater presence and focus in rehearsal and performance.

The workshop contains amongst others:
- Warm up/relaxation/exercise/stretching
- Theatre games
- Tai Chi ("Chinese shadowboxing")
- Improvisation exercises for association/co-operation/frankness.
- Stage exercises

The workshop aims to give the participants greater confidence, both by trusting themselves and the ensemble. We will also work on how to be focused, both individually and in the group. A strong presence is dependant on these elements, but we will also touch on and try out other tools, like action and motivation. The work is done in groups with simple text. Wear comfortable clothes to enable free movement. Day or weekend.
